Aloha,

On July 7, 1958, the first International House of Pancakes Restaurant opened its doors to the public in Toluca Lake, California .  Then, 48 years later, Oahu’s first IHOP restaurant in Waikiki joined this national chain that has grown to over 1,200 restaurants.

Here in Hawaii, we strive to achieve the high standards of service that you have come to expect at IHOP combined with “local values”.

Starting with the friendly greetings of the staff, and continuing with the never-empty coffee carafe and a variety of delicious syrups, our guests can appreciate the special meals that our restaurants have to offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our added “special ingredient” is the Aloha Spirit.
